Patti Smith is Writing a Mystery Novel

“Patti Smith is following up her National Book Award–winning memoir Just Kids with a mystery. Speaking to the Royal Geographic Society last night in London, she said, “For the last two years … I’ve been working on a detective story that starts at St Giles-in-the-Fields in London” that is 68 percent finished.”
