I’ve definitely found the majority of books I want are free downloads, it’s amazing to have Ulysses, The Brothers Karamazov, Thus Spake Zarathustra, etc all in my pocket at the same time, and I don’t have to pay anything.  Now that I have an e-reader, I notice they are all over the subway now.  I think there might just be a brighter future in archiving than writing in the world of fiction.  Anybody ever read The Glass Bead Game?
